Step Deck Trailer Dimensions 5 Axle
A step deck is the first step, no pun intended, into a more specialized trailer. They are still quite common and haul a lot of the same freight as a flatbed trailer. The advantage of a step deck is that it has a lower deck height enabling to haul taller pieces, but at the sacrifice of the primary deck length. The upper deck can be used to haul additional pieces. Ramps are often available to allow for more loading options.
